Who uses which templates
Templates follow the reporting line. The Academic and Research Vice Provosts and the units under them use the academic set.
Three page patterns, chosen by priority
The four circles are an outline with the centre left in the paper colour. There is no orange star on administrative documents. Where the pattern sits depends on who signs and how formal the document is.
Leadership and official letters
Everything from the Chancellor, Provost and Administrative Vice Provost. Every office letterhead, policies, contracts, MoUs, reports, appointment letters and certificates.
Department memos and forms
Memos and every working form: requisitions, vouchers, gate passes, work orders, leave requests and reports. The form code sits in a dark tab in the header band.
Notices, invitations, general letters
For letters that do not come from one office, notice-board announcements and event invitations. In the "Common to all offices" set.
Word documents (.docx)
Open in Word 2016 or later on Windows or Mac, Word online, LibreOffice, or Pages on a Mac. A4, Poppins embedded. Save a copy as a template (.dotx) to start each new document from it.
Administrative presentation
Title, agenda, section, two-column, key message, photo, summary and closing layouts, with outline circles and no star.
